Of all the Parisian enclaves, designer Isabel Marant chose the Tuileries Gardens to present her new collection. Inside a tent decorated with silver fringed curtains and disco balls, he showed his proposals for Spring/Summer 2019. The next season of the French firm, as the decoration indicated, is inspired by the disco era that took place in the 70s, more specifically during the last years of that decade. Isabel Marant has brought back metallic glitter and sequins in her garments. Some pieces such as XXL shoulder pads or short jumpsuits are the fundamental elements of urban and festive fashion in their new collection. In his most effortless designs there is no lack of the total cowboy look or the shirt with cashmere print combined with high waist trousers in a bohemian style with a very modern touch.
