RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to make changes or devolution
If the returned products are new, unused and in its package of origin, we will make the refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
Once we make the refund, it may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your account, depending on your bank and method of payment
Returns are free in the Peninsula and Balerares. Returns are free in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. All returns from outside Spain will be at the customer's expense.
It is advisable that before you make the return/exchange, notify us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. We will send you a return label that you will have to print and take along with the package to a UPS point https://www.ups.com/dropoff/?loc=es_ES

For any change in shop, you should notify us by sending us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, with a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
If the cancellation of the order arrives before departure of goods the customer will not have any expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the departure of the order, the customer will be responsible for the costs of shipping as well as the cost of the return of this same order.
