COLLECT FROM SHOP

You can pick up your order at our store on Calle Hondarribia 21 in Donostia or at Beasain on Calle Mayor 8. Once the order has been prepared, we will notify you in order to collect your new purchase. Of course, this option has no cost. The deadline for the collection of packages is 15 business days, after that period there will be no possibility of return.

You can also return the products to us at our store on Calle Hondarribia 21, Donostia or at Beasain on Calle Mayor 8
  • Donostia Hours: 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday)
  • Beasain hours: 10am to 1pm and 4pm to 8pm (Monday to Saturday, except Monday morning).
For any change in store, you must notify us by sending an e-mail to shop@berrizmoda.com, with a minimum of 24 hours in advance
