Free shipping to Peninsula and Balearic islands by choosing the UPS service, which will be delivered by Email in 24 - 48 hours.
There is the possibility to pick it up in a franchise UPS, if that is what you want.
We also have the option to pick up in-store in our shop on calle Hondarribia 21, Donostia-san sebastian. Once prepared the order, we will notify you to pick up your new purchase. Of course, this option has no cost. The time limit for the collection of parcels is 15 working days, after this period, there will be no possibility of return.
SHIPPING TO ALL OVER THE WORLD
We ship worldwide: shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of the package, and will be calculated automatically according to product and destination.
Customs expenses are borne by the recipient. To receive the package, the recipient must pay the taxes, duties and fees that the laws of the country collect. Through Berriz you can contract international shipments at affordable prices, but customs procedures must be assumed by the customer. For this it is necessary that you inform yourself about the export and import conditions of the country where the order is sent. The cost of fees and taxes will not be known until the packages are released by the authorities of the destination country.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to make changes or returns.
If the returned products are new, unused and in its package of origin, we will make the refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
Once we make the refund, it may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your account, depending on your bank and method of payment.
No changes will be accepted on swimwear, underwear.
The returns for the Peninsula and Balearic islands are free and it is advisable that before you make the return/exchange, notify us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
